The Role

We are seeking a VP level Senior Quantitative Analyst Developer to take a leading role in designing, building and validating sophisticated quantitative models used in financial market analytics. This position offers full lifecycle ownership, from model research and architecture through to implementation, optimisation and validation within a team that blends mathematics, engineering and market insight.

You will act as a senior technical contributor and mentor within a high-performing analytics group, collaborating closely with peers in technology and data science. Key Skills and Experience Required

    •    Significant professional experience in financial markets, ideally within an investment bank, hedge fund, or trading environment
    •    Advanced programming ability in C#, Python, or another object-oriented language (C++ or Java also considered)
    •    Deep quantitative and mathematical expertise with proven ability to translate theory into production code
    •    Strong understanding of derivatives pricing (options, swaps, futures) and exposure to fixed income or commodities
    •    Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL or Postgres
    •    Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex quantitative projects to production
    •    Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers or quants
