Job Description
We are seeking talented C++ Software Engineers to join a leading Proprietary Trading firm with positions available in New York, Chicago and London. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-performance trading systems and contribute to the development of algorithmic trading strategies.
Your Day
- Collaborate with the trading team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write efficient and reliable C++ code to implement trading strategies, and enhance system functionality.
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure reliable and optimized system performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the stability and integrity of trading systems.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ development with a focus on low-latency, high-performance systems.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, memory management and multithreading concepts.
- Experience working in a Linux environment and familiarity with networking protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $230,000 plus a generous bonus.
